Please follow these instructions and rules upon arrival:

  1. Check in at front desk.
  2. Complete screening log and Visitation Education sheet with signature prior to entry. You may fill out the Visitation Education ahead of time by printing it from the website; camarillohealthcare.com
  3. For in-room visits, take chair and visitation magnet; place magnet on exterior of the door frame before entering room.
  4. Maintain social distancing of at least 6’ while in the facility.
  5. Please avoid going anywhere in the facility other than the designated room or space.
  6. Hand hygiene done before and after visit.
  7. Personal protective equipment (PPE) must be worn at all times as listed in the zone you are entering. PPE will be provided.
  8. Once inside the room, please place your chair on floor marker for social distancing.

General House Rules:

  • Both indoor and outdoor visits will be scheduled ahead of time. To schedule, please call 805-482-9805, ext 127.
  • Frequent hand hygiene.
  • No eating together is allowed. However, food may be brought.
  • Personal items may be brought at time of visit (ex: clothing, personal affects, etc).
  • Green Zone PPE = surgical mask
  • Yellow Zone PPE = N95, gown, face shield/goggles, disposable gloves
  • You may greet and have brief, limited physical contact with your loved one if both parties are FULLY vaccinated.
  • When indicated, please follow 30 minute time limit to allow the opportunity for other family members in your party to visit.
  • When the visit is complete, return to the lobby with chair and magnet for disinfecting.
  • Cloth masks are not allowed in the facility. Must be at least surgical grade or higher.

 

** if in PURPLE tier, indoor visitation okay only with PCR negative test >48 hours old regardless of vaccination status AND with fully vaccinated resident.
