Below is a summary of some of the key details:

  • Visitors, vendors and staff are no longer required to be actively screened upon entry to the facility: request of COVID test documentation, Vaccine information etc. is no longer required.
  • Unvaccinated staff will no longer be required to surveillance test twice weekly.
  • Regardless of vaccination status, new admissions and residents exposed to a COVID+ individuals will no longer be required to isolate in a designated area.
  • Communal dining and activities between residents may now take place without the need for social distancing and source control.

We are so excited for our residents and their loved ones to be able to enjoy a more normal reality within our environment.
