RE: Updated Visitation

Dearest Families,

We will be able to accommodate you 7 days a week from 10am until 7pm. We will continue to require face masks to be worn and screening upon entry. Families may now visit with their loved ones in the room or in designated outdoor areas while maintaining source control and social distancing.

Please come to the front door and follow the check-in procedure as before: Read, fill out, and sign the provided documentation that describes the rules, precautions, and attestation of your current medical condition as a visitor. For those of you visiting the quarantine area (new admissions), please know that personal protective equipment (PPE) will be provided to you. All guests are required to wear at least a surgical mask, perform frequent hand hygiene, and maintain 6 feet distancing while in the facility. Please be understanding of the needs and condition of the person you are visiting – sometimes they may not feel up being visited or may become tired during the visit.

Our facility is continually adhering to local and State guidelines to ensure the safest possible experience for you to enjoy seeing your loved-one in person. Thank you all so much for your continued support through all we have endured together. We appreciate and love you.
